Cruzer Pizza 100% Vegan — Restaurant in Los Angeles

My wife loves the ranch here and of course, being the attentive husband I am, forgot to request a side with her calzone. I called the restaurant and they were like "no problem dude, we got you!" So that was cool.

I ordered the meatball sub and it was delectable. Their homemade marinara sauce is simply the best I've had in a while.

We usually order the garlic cheese bread sticks as an appetizer because they are amazing, however, this time we went with the cheesy garlic potato wedges and ended up both reaching for the last wedge. ...she insisted that I ate more of them than her and I insisted that I am twice her size and therefore require more nourishment than she does. needless to say she got the last wedge, but I digress.

Definitely recommend this place to anyone in the mood for delicious guilt and/or cruelty-free pizzeria...

Cruzer pumps out tasty gluten-free and vegetarian pizza, but they need to work on their delivery times.

Props to them for being open on New Years day. A combination of post-NYE lethargy and introducing my family to LA eats had me dialing Cruzer. The pizza is high quality, with fresh ingredients - their BBQ 'chicken' won the minds (but sadly, not hearts) of some die-hard carnivores. 2x 16" XL pies comfortably fed 6 folks, at ~$25/pizza (pricey, minus 1 star).

Avoid the wedges - they're mediocre, but try and get the ranch as a side. Makes a great dipping sauce for your crusts (and completely ruins any resolutions you've made for 2016).

Sadly, delivery was shockingly long (1.5 hr+, and we live about 3 miles away from them). Fix this, and they're borderline 4-star. But make a great gateway item for vegan-suspicious...

This is the BEST vegan pizza and their customer service goes above and beyond. I love their pesto pizza and breadsticks, and their desserts are super yummy as well. My mom was ordering dinner for me for my birthday and she put the wrong address in, so it was delivered across the street. Normally I would just walk across and get the order, but I have coronavirus and am not able to leave my apartment. I didn’t tell Cruzer’s anything about being sick or it being my birthday, but they refunded the original order so that my mom could order again to the right address! They even texted me to confirm the address the second time around haha. This was so sweet and really made my day :) They will continue to be my go-to pizza place, and I 100% recommend them if you’re looking for vegan pizza that tastes better than most...
