Bounce luggage storage was a life saver for my family of four traveling by train. We had 7 hours to wander around Las Angeles and preferred not to have our bags with us. The app was easy to use and find a close location near us. The check in process was easy and we were given a receipt for our bags after taking a photo of them for insurance purposes. Quick and easy. The location is why I didn’t give this service 5 stars. It’s very hard to know that they are a bounce luggage provider. Nothing outside to show you and it’s a Dim Sum restaurant from every angle. But, firstly and as some other reviewers have noted before, there’s no luggage storage signage or Bounce sticker on the windows to notify about the service.
Secondly, when booking the storage online an automatic discount was applied to the total fee (first time use 5%?). Once I arrived at the facility with my baggage, the store front teller didn’t believe I paid a discounted price to store my bags. I had to present the email that was sent to me by Bounce to prove. Anyway, after a bit of arguing she agreed to take my bags and stored them right at the kitchen of her store. The area didn’t look very secure but I don’t think anything has gone missing. Read morePretty sure y’all went through our bags. The guy kept insisting we left “keys”. My husband finally said let me make sure and guess what his truck fab was missing. We didn’t leave his side pocket unzipped…that’s a ridiculous way to bribe for a tip! Also, my sister and her family needed to pick up their bags early. They refused to let them take their bags unless they took them all. My bother in law gave them $20 and then he finally let him take half the luggage…super sketchy and put in a back closet of a souvenir shop....
