I love the store. Its the best Holiday costume store in Los Angeles out of the 3 that I went to. My costume was a major cool hit at every party I went to. I’m very happy with my decision it was the right choice. Having a cool look made my night so much more amazing. They have both Christmas and Halloween outfits. Out of my friends Halloween costumes mine of was easily one of the best. The pictures of our Halloween outfits are very memorable sentimentally. Their location is a very cool place to visit it’s massive well air conditioned has many different sections I was impressed. Even though I went almost last minute day of Halloween the staff I must say was incredibly friendly caring gave me cool suggestions and were fun people to meet. They got me some rare things down up top they were super sweet. I also very much appreciate that they keep their store so clean and healthy. In addition they had face paint cosmetics area with great materials that I wanted. I loved their realistic looking wigs and unlimited scary costumes and hilarious funny outfits. I wanted a bunch of them. They also had a wide selection of party props and silly gifts. They even had some lawyer related one like Judge gavels that I thought were fun. Next year I want to make a Haunted house their Halloween displays looked pretty easy to setup and assemble. Can make it so much a more fun Halloween for kids and my nephews. It was a great time seeing everything they had I truly fell in love with the place. They are a famous Halloween store near West Hollywood so it was a good drive. Overall A+ I had a wonderful Halloween, I met great friends at a Halloween company party and having a fantastic Halloween outfit on made the night that much more memorable. It was one of the best business holiday parties yet. Wonderful vibes overall and a great place I would totally visit again. HAPPY HALLOWEEN...

I recently visited Hollywood Toys and Costumes, and I have to say, the prices are absolutely unbeatable! I was amazed at the variety and quality of products available at such reasonable rates.

Terrible experience. Store used to be good - not anymore. Clerk tried to charge for three masks - but we only were buying two - one marked @$30 and the other one marked @$50. The clerk charged for three masks. When we objected, he took off the $30 mask. We pointed out that the two masks had two different marked prices. The clerk was a CROOK and tried to force the sale by charging for two different masks at @$50 each, in spite of the fact that one of the masks was clearly marked at @$30 and the second mask was clearly marked at @$50. This is NOT ACCEPTABLE!!! I took my card back and refused to buy anything from this store. My family and I will never shop here again! UPDATE: response from store is simply a lie - there was no misunderstanding whatsoever - just a blatant attempt to cover...
