I just googled this place to see what time they open because there's some pants in the window I want (I live around the corner) I happened to notice all the one star reviews and how they all relate to the staff. The guy who runs this store is one of the sweetest people. He's never been anything but very kind, even tho I never need to he always offers for me to try on the pants. He's a sincerely delightful person. I don't ever leave reviews. But I felt really called to counter the energy here stating him to be some rude difficult unhelpful person. I can't rationalize these reviews at all and I'm left to believe maybe there is an issue that might be rooted in a lack of understanding cultural differences. I'm a socially anxious reclusive artist and this is one place I feel comfortable going always because of how kind the staff is.... now the adidas store down the street these reviews might be suited for. This review has to do with the quality of the clothing I bought a pair of their overalls because they’re super cute and very affordable. About one week into owning them the overall buckle loop broke. They claimed this has never happened to them and almost didn’t believe me. They gave me a new pair (only because I had my receipt still thank god). One week later, the replacement pair buckle broke yet again. They refused to replace these since it already happened once. Come now, one buckle look remaining, every time I wash these overalls the buckle loops fall off and get stuck in my dryer. I’ve had many pairs of overalls before but never had I have them break on me like the cookman ones do. I will say they are very flattering on but I will most definitely not be shopping here until they improve...

If I could give zero stars, I would. The man working there (Japanese) was extremely rude and unprofessional. He only allows you to try on one item of clothing, and if you attempt more, he will call you out in front of others—completely unnecessary and uncomfortable. The clothing itself feels cheap, clearly low-quality material, and made in China. Definitely not worth the price.

What shocked me even more was his attitude—he was speaking negatively about me in Japanese, not realizing I actually understand the language. Just wanted to share my experience honestly.
