Tatiana is a blessing. She is more than just a person who does facials she is a caring friend. When i enter Desuar Spa I enter a mid heaven. The sound the facial and everything in this place just resets my mind body and soul. It’s so peaceful I chose to be a regular and show up every month. It’s been a year and every month that comes i look forward to showing up because of the mental peace. This place is more than a facial to me it’s a retreat that I will always cherish. Sunset Blvd is the location of my choice because the amenities around such as the YMCA. I’m so grateful I’ve found this location, because of the amazing service that deserves an 11/10 because it is that amazing, this has become a part of my life for over a year and the results are noticeably different. I suffered from acne since I was 12 and within this yr it was the first summer with no breakouts. That does a lot for my confidence. If confidence is key then this place has the keys. Tatiana has given me options for me to purchase to maintain my facial from home a morning hydrator which smells like strawberry’s (win win) and it works perfectly as well I’ve purchased the night one which is more thick. These products are of quality and if you want to remove acne and have yourself a peaceful time all you need to do is show up and their actions and products speaks the rest. Truly appreciative of Tatiana she is not just a person who does a facial she is a friend who values humanity and to me she is one of the unique people I’ve ever met....

I booked with a promo online for first time clients and got a massage and a facial combo — the services themselves were great. I was super excited to visit since the location opened less than a year ago. However, there was a lack of bedside manner that I would expect from a luxury spa with such a great DTLA reputation. I filled out the intake form (twice) and don’t think that was even reviewed or considered. I requested CBD for my massage and have no idea if that was used. There was a confusion between the staff about what room I was supposed to be in which was very awkward to start and they basically had to set up a new room. There were no questions about problem areas or any kind of introduction to the massage or what we would be working on. Luckily I didn’t have to move for my facial. Kati did an amazing job walking through her work and asking questions before we started. Afterwards there was an issue at checkout that took quite a long time to resolve because it was charging me the full price when I booked with promo. The front desk had to call someone and there was a lot of frustration that maybe should’ve been handled differently in front of clients. But I did get some samples. Customer service all around should’ve been seamless, especially in what’s supposed to be a very relaxing setting. Everyone was nice to me but idk if the staff actually likes each other lol. I’m just glad I didn’t pay full price for...

It had been a few years since I had a proper facial. Unfortunately, right before the pandemic, my facialist retired, and COVID hit, so I last had one in 2020. My friend Veronica HIGHLY recommended Desuar, so I booked an appointment, and they were able to accommodate me today despite the short notice and an event I have tomorrow. They assigned me Deisy, who also happens to be the owner. She was so lovely and highly professional, and after thoroughly looking at my skin, she recommended the Fire and Ice facial.

Let me tell you, that facial name lives up to its name! The HOT and COLD sensation was amazing on my skin, and her technique was top-notch. She was so diligent and knowledgeable that I felt at total ease. Plus, she's so easy to talk to, which is a definite plus because I love asking questions and feeling at ease, which she made me feel during my facial. When I tell you my skin was transformed, it is an understatement. It is literally glowing, and it feels so much lighter, and overall, it looks amazing.

My whole experience from start to finish was exceptional, and I will definitely return next month to keep the consistency.
