I am not a musician, but I have carried the odd amplifier, guitar and drum kit in and out of my local pub, but I always wanted to be in a recording studio while a record was made. I have bought many records that were recorded there over the years, my personal favorite remains Jackson Browne's 'Late For The Sky' album as it has got a crisp sound to it that I have not heardon any other record of his or any other singer/group. That album has rarely been off my record or cd player since I first bought it 45 years ago - I also bougt 5 or 6 cassettes of that album because it and many a great tape got chewed up (curse of the age) and I also lost as many of his For Everyman albums as well. I think that of all the records and concerts I've been to Jackson Browne stands out, Brisbane 1977 to 2002 11 concerts, every record and I in concert dad's he's done. I would have loved to have had a record/cd and dvd recording of that 1977 concert as it had the best sound of any concert (141) I've been to and reminded me of the crisp sound of his Late For The Sky record. A group was in the middle of recording a new album. The room carried a quiet intensity. Midway through the session, they hit a dilemma, something technical, maybe creative. Voices got low, then louder.
