UNLESS you love paying $2800 for a 400 square-foot apartment with no amenities working properly since March, even though they keep promising it by all means sign up for this place. DO NOT LET THE VIEW FOOL YOU WHEN YOU TOUR THIS PLACE, instead you should actually ask them to show you how to use the TV or maybe even ask when the kombucha stations will work and watch them lie straight to your face. I’ll tell you, most of these positive reviews are people that live in the building that are purposefully creating these positive reviews because they’re associated. The Manager even lives in this building as well as some of the maintenance crew and they don’t even pay full price for rent or even rent at all so it’s completely biased.I have been requesting maintenance on my unit for months and nothing has been changed they just keep telling me they’ll fix it while I’m slowly boiling inside . the original owner was pocketing the money and stealing it, which is why they had to switch owners. This building got sued for a reason. They switched owners so these owners are just picking up the mess from the old people. BUT GUESS WHAT, what no one gives a crap an it’s not our problem. ITS NOT WORTH THE MONEY. it’s embarrassing that none of us are getting compensated. You can’t use the television unless you have two people controlling it because the remote control for it is stupidly on the wall on the inside and you can’t take it outside, so you can’t see where you’re moving the remote, kombucha, beer and coffee station has been promised since March and does not work, they will also shut off your water withon 30 minutes prior notice MULTIPLE TIMES, homeless people will just randomly walk into the building and fall asleep on top of the roof resulting in strict rooftop rules now because of it but everyone is pissed because nothing works in this building so the only thing we have is the rooftop, it’s the only thing that people are paying for it at this point is the view . Nothing Iis being resolved and it’s not worth the money AT ALL that we’re paying for… highly upset… it’s one of my biggest regrets of this year. I don't think I've ever experienced a better management team to be honest. You'd be truly lucky to live here. I was an early resident at Inspire Hollywood.

I moved in over a year ago when the building was being managed by a different company. They changed management twice before the current team came about and I entered the depths of depression having to deal with them both. I'm kidding -- but only slightly. When this new management team came around, specifically Zack, David and Fatima, everything changed for the overwhelming better in less than a month.

I cannot believe I'm even saying this, but I am legitimately sad to be leaving this building. They managed to turn such a negative experience into one I'll remember fondly and deeply miss. You can actually tell these are people who care to do their job and tend to residents. With this team I've never had a problem go unsolved or a concern go unaddressed. They are constantly working to improve the resident experience. So on top of the clean and safe residence, the gorgeous rooftop views, and the easy access to Hollywood hot spots, you get an endearing sense of community and management who cares.

I'm a super tough cookie to crack and here I am writing a glowing review. As far as I'm concerned, for that feat alone they should all be getting raises. I left Inspire Hollywood genuinely fulfilled by my experience -- something I would have considered impossible a year ago. Highly,...

moved here because my buddy moved here but I should have waited. They keep deleting all of the negative reviews to try to hide the fact that they don’t have everything together yet.

I would at least appreciate compensation for the fact that most of the amenities are not Usable As advertised, only 1 or 2 firestations work, It always smells like gas on the roof from I believe stove leaks, or the grill just being left on and we’re all paying for that,. The kombucha station has been promised since I moved in a couple months ago and My friend moved here in feb/ March and he said It’s never worked Which is sad because it’s one of the main reasons I moved in. Also, I don’t understand why the remote for outside Tv is on the inside and can’t be taken off the wall.
