I am so happy and pleased that I found this place to work out and sweat it out , whenever I feel stressed and weak , I go take a class and I feel so much better , HWD fitness helped me reach a goal I never thought I could accomplish, this past summer I needed 15 pounds to loose and I did the challenge where they pushed me to work out at least 3 to 4 times a week ( very doable) and eat a healthy balance diet , and before I knew it I lost 12 pounds in 5 weeks , I also had my daughter do the challenge and she lost 15 pounds, my goal was to look amazing for a planned trip I had In Mexico for a wedding and believe me not only did I look great , but I felt great , what I love about this place is that even though I sometimes feel tired or unmotivated, the coaches always find a positive way to push me , Coach Alex is always giving me high fives and pushes me to do my best , Coach Ellen is very tough , but always finds a way to make my work outs comfortable and that I am training properly ,and coach Kimony always makes me want to continue past the work out with her amazing dance moves, I never knew I could lift weighs or sweat so much from a burpee or a plank , but let me tell you at HWD , I learned how much strength I could have , so happy I found this place and excited to see what I can learn and accomplish for this coming year for my...
