The manager ,Maria has a very bad attitude. The service is horrible. I went in today to purchase more crystals for a gown I'm designing so I brought the package of the previous purchase to show size, color, etc. The package clearly says size #34 /288 in quantity. She Brings out the new bags of same size , same price different quantity (144). I asked her, why has it changed since yesterday. She told me," it hasn't changed, its always (144) in quantity. I said "oh, so the nag that we are both looking at that clearly states in quantity (288) and I counted out (288) is a lie?? She , to my face called me a liar. She then proceeded to laugh about it to other employees. When I asked her who her manager was, she again laughed, because now she is comedian and told me he is out of the country and can't be reached. This place has a wide variety I give them that. But to wait in line outside then wait again once we got in was draining. The main problem I have with this place is they sold me another brand besides Swarovski. If I wasn’t so frustrated and ready to go maybe I would have noticed what happened the girl couldn’t find or thought they were all out of the golden color I wanted. after waiting for 10 mins all of sudden they found them. When I finally get a chance to use them my client comes back with brown stones instead of gold. I’ve never used Swarovski stones that faded or no traces of the initial color I used. They need a new system for finding the stones also after I found what I wanted the girl had to go on a hunt to find what I needed and if someone was using the book to see what stones they had you had to wait till they got done.
