10/10 best customer service I’ve ever experienced in my LIFE! Gaspar was so excellently warm welcoming, and made my experience very comfortable.

I was looking to buy an engagement ring to propose to my girlfriend real soon here! And the experience to go and look for a ring was kind of nerve-racking. I had gone to a couple of places and the people who would try to sell me a ring it just didn’t feel right what they were selling me. It felt like some item that meant nothing to them and made it seem like it would be something worthless to me in the future.

But then I came and met Gaspar through a friend from my local church! I called him over the phone, and set up an appointment right away! And unlike any other experience I had prior when going ring shopping, Gaspar didn’t just start pulling out rings to show me the ones he liked or what I should buy. No! Instead he was an honest, true man and friend who walked me through the steps when it comes to buying a diamond ring! He was so excellent and honest that I bought the ring right on the spot for my first visit! He told me to come back in two weeks to pick it up, and so I did just today and the ring turned out just gorgeous!!!!

I’ve never done one of these reviews before in my life, I’m usually not the kind of guy that would. But I have to do it for this guy because I’m telling you, you will not be disappointed at all if you go here. You can ask ANY question you want, and he will not make you feel uncomfortable at all. Gaspar Jewelers is an incredible jewelry store that is honest, trustworthy, and caring of their clients. I got my fiancé’s engagement ring and wedding band designed and made here.

The store is a family business run by Gaspar and his father. Both Gaspar and his father are incredibly nice and made me feel like family. I reached out to Gaspar with a unique design and Gaspar took the idea, made essential modifications, and brought to life the most beautiful and perfect ring I could have ever imaged.

Gaspar took his time to teach my fiancé and I about the 4Cs that make a diamond, went through natural and lab made diamonds, and gave us all the tools to feel educated in our decision. He took a look at my fiancé’s ring finger compared to the original design and gave suggestions that would make the ring best fit her.

Gaspar always communicated every step of the ring production process and never hid any details. I felt very comfortable and never had any hesitation or doubt in his suggestions.

We went with Gaspar because he really listened to what we were looking for and stayed within the budget we laid out at the beginning. He took the time to show us lots of different gems that we were interested in.
