This store sells lab grown diamonds as natural diamonds and from other reviews, they cheat on the gold merchandise mislabeling the 10k for 14k, etc.

I bought what I thought was a natural diamond ring, the sales person Cecilia even offered to test it in front of me to confirm it was a real diamond...Omid pull a diamond tester and the green light turned on, according to him confirming it was a diamond.

I wanted to insure it and it needed an appraisal. When I went for the appraisal, I was told it was a lab diamond!!!

I sent it to GIA to get a report, incurred cost of almost $200 and it turned out it was CVD lab diamond. I attempted to return it with Omid, but he refused! He said there are NO REFUNDS. He offered to exchange it for a natural diamond, at that point I don't trust them, I don't want anything from this jewelry store. He refused to take it back and give me a refund...

I told him I would dispute it with the credit card and he said, go ahead, the receipt says "diamond" it doesn't say lab or natural diamond! He is deceiving people and intentionally selling items that are not as described.

I am stuck with an overpriced lab CVD diamond (we paid $5500). I have submitted multiple complains to various agencies and with one of the credit cards we paid with and I hope that they can help me return the item and get a refund.

Update. Credit card refunded the money and he agreed to finally refund the $5500. But only I filed multiple complaints with the LA county and credit...

I found this place by chance. I wanted a chain. I asked if they had it. They said they would pick it up, and I would have it in a half hour. Half hour came and went. I asked for my chain. Oh it's going to be another half hour. Umm, ok. One hour later chain is still not there. At that point I asked for my money back. Owner, tall bolding guy said 15% re-stocking fee. For a chain they don't even have. Claudia, the less then honest sales person that was helping me said, they would provide a refund but tax me $250. I did't want to be standing around on a hot day. So after a lenghty wait I finally agreed. Claudia asked for the recipt back. At this point I was concerned and asked to see the money first. Come to findout she was trying to pocket $50. So, I called her out on it. She said it was a mistake. I did not release my receipt untill the full amount minus the $250 was there. If you shop here do not give them cash. Use your credit card. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE CASH. Credit cards offer some protection so they will try and discourage you by saying they will charge you more. The protection was worth the extra bucks. Unfortunatlly, I learned this lesson the hard way. I hope this helps...

My fiancé and I went in to see some wedding bands. I showed the lady what we were looking for and she showed us what they had. I flipped my engagement ring in a way she couldn't see it and put the two rings together to see how'd they look. At some point I had to take my engagement ring off to put on a ring enhancer. Now in all the previous places we had gone to see bands they would show me one at a time. She gave about 5 of their rings which I found weird. In order to give her back their rings I took engagement ring off and held it in my fingers. When I handed their rings back she proceeded to SNATCH my engagement ring from my hand! And she quickly put it on herself!!! She giggled and said "oops sorry". In the moment I was to shocked to quickly react but when I did I told her we didn't want anything and asked for my ring. She looked down at my ring and hesitated to give it back! I am so glad nothing was bought from here from us especially after this horrible experience! There are plenty of other places, avoid this one...
