Durability- I’ve used an ultrasonic cleaner for the gold filled chains and they still have the same luster shine and density after several wears. Some soapy water and microfiber work well too. I go to the gym wearing my chain, work and little one even gets a hold of it at times.

Craftsmanship- Honestly, I’ve noticed that one of the 12 rope chains I bought had very tight links making it stiff and rigid. All others are as natural as they came. I bought a curb where two links were stuck together, but a little nudge and they released. No visible damage or changes in the gold filled consistency.

Appeal - I know everyone advertises their gold alternatives as being the best. The truth is that if it’s not gold filled it’s not going to last.
