The 915 Wilshire building is well maintained and the lobby stays are attentive and helpful. I give this building one star because the parking was a terrible experience for me. If you have business to do in the 915 Wilshire building then the adjacent parking structure is most convenient though you pay for that — $12 per ten minutes, maximum $35 total. Valet available though I didn’t use it. Parking structure elevators bring you to building lobby where you have to transfer to other elevators for the main building offices. Pay for parking near the lobby level elevators. Cash and credit cards accepted. BUT DON’T DELAY YOUR EXIT FROM THE PARKING STRUCTURE IF YOU PAY AT THE MACHINE BY THE ELEVATORS!! I was charged another $10.50 at the exit, on top of the $35 I paid for two hours of parking because I took time to sit in my car and plan my next drive. Read moreThis is a federal government building. Parking was a little pricey ( $35 for the day ) but it included free valet parking. It was nice pulling into the lot straight to valet, exiting the car and walking maybe 6 steps to the elevator straight to your floor. I checked other public parking lots in the area and there was maybe a $5 difference in price, so $5 was worth it to me to not worry about my car in downtown LA and not take my life in my hand walking down...
