I am beyond disappointed with my recent experience at Bath & Body Works. I placed an order on November 21, 2024, and what followed was a complete disaster. First, my order never shipped because it wasn’t processed correctly—only a shipping label was created. When I called customer service to overnight the order, I was told some items were unavailable. I agreed to substitute products, but I was charged for the price difference AND forced to split the order into two shipments. It took over an hour of exhausting back-and-forth just to process the order and have it shipped to my home address (instead of my business address, which is closed on weekends). After all that, I received confirmation emails showing the wrong quantity of one item—I ordered 4 Black Flare Nightlights but was sent only 1. I had to call back again to fix this, only to be told by another agent that they couldn’t do overnight shipping for the missing items. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, I was told none were available. I felt trapped into accepting standard shipping. To make matters worse, when I checked the status of ALL my orders, none of them had shipped yet! This has been the most frustrating experience I’ve ever had with any company. Read moreAfter a hectic day at work, I hurried to the Bath and Body location, eager to use my expiring reward, only to discover the doors closed promptly at 8 pm. Despite my attempts to explain the situation to Juan, the supposed manager, I was denied entry (8:03pm). To my surprise, a fellow customer was permitted just moments later (8:04pm) .This left me feeling puzzled and disheartened, prompting my decision not to revisit this location. I genuinely hope Juan and the management team consider fostering compassion and understanding, recognizing the valuable contributions customers make to the store's success. Perhaps, with positive changes, the store can avoid any unfortunate closures in the future.

First I was checking on their aroma therapy skincare and one of the associate approached me and told me those are not on sale. I was surprised that he came to me told me that. I didn't ask for help as I already know what I was going to get. He made me feel like I cant afford their merchandise then when i was paying for it. I asked the cashier if she can give me an extra so i can separate the gift and use it as a gift back and she wouldn't give me one. So then i asked they can gjve me those clear plastic that they usually the customers for gifts she was so rude and told no. She handed the receipt and i left. Customer service was very poor.
