I can't seem to find a good nail salon in dtla! Came here cause I live across the street and had an event. A drill bit was used super harshly when thinning out my acrylics and I could feel pain in my natural nail bed that it had me flinching and has made my fingers swollen. Kept using the nail filer on my skin which hurt too. My cuticles were never cut or cleaned so doesn't look very neat. Overall, my nail design is super messy and didn't coat the nail completely and looks chipped. Very disappointed with this salon. I was charged $100 and tipped $25.
Update: Got a message to fix my nails or get a refund. I called the salon before dropping by and was told no one is a manager when asking for a manager name and to call back later. Very confused with how this salon runs. Definitely think twice before coming in to get...
