BurgerShop — Restaurant in Los Angeles

So today I craved a gourmet burger. And i was around the down town area of Los Angeles. And I seen this spot. So 1st I in down town as it is its hard to look for parking we tried driving around we we're about to give up and go somewhere else but likely we found a parking. So it's kind of like a little food lab or court .where there's other food around. Service was. Great friendly and helpful. Location was clean I can't say it was dirty it was good . Ok so the food . Burgers where Ok I tasted better . Buger was a little greasy like juices was getting the bread soggy. Buger was Ok size . The fries reminded me of the fries that you get from a lunch truck. But they where good . Ok so if I would compare this place with in&out hands down in&out takes the win. And also it was a little bit too pricey for a family of 4 what I got here I could have got a better deal and a better tasting burger at in and out . It came out to 106.00 alos the wings could have been better. And chili fries where good not something I can say are the best. But at the end everybody has their own preference .alos if I would compare a burger from denny's. Dennys bugger I belive is much bigger and the meat better taste. But like I said it's not bad . It was good, but with the location and parking and price...

We ordered through Ubereats, and the food was delivered quickly. The burgers were pretty good but overpriced since they were normal sized burgers and didn't even come with a side.

The Sweet Bird ($16.49): If you look at the picture on Ubereats, you see a huge fried chicken piece that's much bigger than the buns. Well, that's an exaggeration since it was just a wee bit bigger than the buns. It didn't retain any of the crunchiness when it arrived but it wasn't soggy enough for us to re-air fry it. I think there are way better fried chicken burgers out there for less.

LA Birria Burger With Pink Meat ($17.99): This burger comes with a small lime and side of consome for dipping which was definitely different. It's hard to dip the burger in the sauce due to its size so I recommend they give you wider container or you have to cut the burger in half. The burger itself was really good and better than the Sweet Bird. The meat was juicy and flavorful. I think they used brioche buns since they were soft and a bit sweet. Definitely a must try for its unique flavors and...

Okay... I know this Chef... He is a Great Friend and I have watched this guy start out with a Trained Education, working in the Industry gaining Experience, and with an Idea to Bring a GreatTasting Menu. Even if I didn't know him, it's the fact that he is Professional along with his Team, Uniquely Preparing Fresh Tasting Burgers and Other Food Items. The Truth is... There are a Variety of Burgers out there , but, I tel'll you!!!, Once You Taste this Burger, You are in for an Experience that will keep.you coming back.for more...
