I am writing this review with deep disappointment and frustration regarding the flower arrangement provided by Oscar for our dear friend funeral. We entrusted Oscar with creating a beautiful tribute, but what we received was nothing short of a disaster. For the substantial sum of $340, we expected a professional and tasteful arrangement that would honor our friend's memory. Instead, we were met with a shockingly subpar display that left us embarrassed and heartbroken.

The arrangement was a far cry from the stunning designs Oscar showcases on his Instagram. The carnations were spray-painted in a way that made them look cheap and artificial, completely lacking the elegance and grace we had hoped for. To make matters worse, the arrangement was mounted on a plywood backing that was poorly concealed, leaving the unsightly wood visible at the bottom. This kind of shoddy craftsmanship is unacceptable, especially for such a significant and emotional occasion.

What adds insult to injury is Oscar complete disregard for customer service. Despite numerous attempts to reach out to him to rectify the situation, he has chosen to ignore all our messages. This lack of communication and accountability is incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. It is clear that once Oscar has your money, he has no interest in ensuring customer satisfaction or making things right.

This experience has left us deeply upset, not only because of the poor quality of the arrangement but also because many people generously donated to help us provide a fitting tribute for her. Oscar failure to deliver on his promises has tarnished what should have been a heartfelt farewell.

I strongly advise anyone considering hiring Oscar or his company to think twice. Do not be fooled by the pictures or reviews you see online; they do not reflect the reality of his work. Save yourself the disappointment and heartache we experienced and look elsewhere for a florist who truly cares about their craft and their clients. Customer service from the owner Oscar was terrible, last week I went to set up some flowers for pick up overall I paid $400 dollars for everything. I was having some issues with forest lawn and so I decided I would go pick them up the day they were ready mind you previously I hadn’t had them set for delivery I was going to pick them up myself, last moment I did ask if they could deliver the next day early in the morning and he said that was fine, turns out the next morning I’m waiting for the driver, driver comes late when they specifically told me to be there at 7am not only that but I have no idea where I should take the flowers and the owner “Oscar” is yelling at me over the phone telling me he’s not waiting 30 minutes that he has other deliveries to do?

Well Oscar If that was the case you should of never took our money for delivery and should of just had us take the flowers like we originally wanted too, prices might be cheaper here but you definitely pay for it via the customer service.

I will not be returning here, please don’t support this business. Ultimately you will regret it because Oscar and is extremely unprofessional...

Terrible customer service! I went in person to get an estimate on floral arrangements for a Hawaiian party and was given a quote and told I could go in the following week for a sample. When I called the previous day to confirm I would be going to see the sample, I was informed by the owner that they could not do a sample for 10 centerpiece floral arrangements (apparently the minimum is 18) and that the style of flowers I wanted is too expensive.
