This is for an online experience and has nothing to do with The Grove store.
I completed an online order on 12/3 and didn’t hear anything else from them after the received their payment. On 12/27, I received an email that the product wasn’t available after I initiated contact with the company on 12/23 by calling and emailing multiple times. Was told in the email that I would receive my refund within 3-5 days…and I haven’t received anything.
I own at least 15 pair of Paige Denim jeans, however this was my first time ordering directly from the actual company rather than inside of Bloomingdale’s or Nordstrom. Terrible experience.

When I called the store to inquire on the return policy I was told that there is no return policy - only store credit or exchange. The young lady on the phone (Ashley) preceded to tell me that if had I told them at the point of sale they would have honored the price (but not even 24 hrs later it's too late).
