I had a custom double sided pendant made by Saracino Jewelry and I’m really happy with my purchase. I reached out to Alex via email and he was responsive and helpful! We had a few go backs with the design, and the pendant had to be recasted due to flaws during the casting process but overall it was a smooth process. I reached out in May and my final pendant was finished in July — this includes all our emails, edits, resizing the jump ring and recasting. I was able to select the chain that I wanted for my pendant and they were able to fix it to the pendant exactly as I wanted it. I’ve had my pendant for a few weeks now and it has been wearing well with no issues. I would come back for future jewelry pieces.

Alex made my fiancée a Marquise Diamond Engagement Ring, and helped me every step of the way through a process I knew nothing about. He even patiently worked with me as I changed my mind several times. And when it was finally time to give her the ring, she was overwhelmed with how beautiful and perfect it was. Best shopping experience I have had in a very long time! I was shopping for custom wedding bands and a friend of mine referred me to Saracino Jewelry. They did an amazing job working with me to design the perfect wedding bands (solid gold matte wedding band for my fiancé and a diamond eternity band for myself). The rings came out perfect and everywhere else I went, I was being quoted double the price compared to what I ended up paying at Saracino Jewelry.
