I understand covid is an issue for everyone in the world right now but it gives you absolutely no right to be rude. When a group of people of color walk in you suddenly have an issue and while ALL of us had a mask on I literally slide it down to smell the soap and was planning on making a very large purchase as I have eczema. Yet the lady in the store starts going off on me about smelling the soap and starts telling me the store owners are at risk and we needed to leave she we werent allow to smell the soap. Well hello if your at risk and you dont want people to smell the soap your selling then news flash you should close your doors. Its funny she said NOTHING to the white customers in the store but she surely had an issue with us taking 2 seconds to smell soap while STILL having a mask on our face If you dont believe me watch your cameras. We werent there 4 minutes before she was yelling from behinde the counter. Across the store in front of all the other people who were clearly going the same thing. It's so sad the way people treat people yet be so clueless. Who cares how great the soap is if you have someone like that running your store. I highly recommend you to find other place to shop and avoid this place...

I come to this store every year when i am in town. This time my experience was not great. The 2 women working there are not good with people. They are not friendly and dont go out of their way to help you. I stood in line waiting for them to acknowledge me and when they saw me they kept on with their private conversation. I purchased almost 100.00 worth of soaps as gifts for my family and when I asked for extra bags they said no. I told them I would pay for some extra bags but didnt expect them to charge me 5.00 dollars for 4 small green bags. You would think after paying almost a 100.00 I could get some bags. I wanted the bags to give as gifts so my family can see where the soaps are from. I feel that the employees know who is from out of town and dont care to give them good customer service. Last year the same lady was like this, and I overlooked it and now decided to write a review hoping that the owners will see my review. This is not nice and not fair how I...

Love the products but don't purchase anything online. I was going on a trip to see family and ordered a bunch of soaps to take as gifts. The store is about 30 minutes away and just did not have time to get there. Shipping on the website says 7-10 days. Well they did not even ship the package until 14 days after I ordered. I can understand if for some reason snail mail took 14 days to get to me but the date the label was created for the package was 14 days after I ordered. and the box came a day after I left for my trip so now I have to pay to ship it t my family. No business I have ever ordered from takes 14 days handling time. And if there was a problem or they were backed up or whatever the reason I should a least got a default email letting everyone know there may be a delay in their order. Needless to say I will go to the shop in tarpon or somewhere else if a store can not even ship until 2 weeks...
