Thanks to Brian and Rob I walked away from my first visit with a handful of spices to recipe test for an upcoming catering event- and the taste testing results were unbelievably delicious! I have been a long time customer, since 2013. I always enjoyed their teas and spices, but I have a special fondness for a spice blend called Pirate’s Bite. It is one of the spices that I use in my secret fajita recipe. It’s a great all purpose spice blend. However, due to my new blood pressure concerns, I couldn’t have the salt that most people can enjoy. The great crew at The Tea and Spice Exchange mixed me up a batch of Pirate’s Bite with no salt, and they truly went above and beyond. A lot of companies will talk about offering great customer service, but the crew of The Tea and Spice Exchange are the ultimate example of that. Also, they are really friendly and will answer any questions you have. A very nice feature of the shop is that you can try small quantities of spices before you commit to a large quantity.
