I really wanted to like this store, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. While browsing with my children, my daughter accidentally knocked over a petite statue that fell and broke. I immediately picked it up, informed a nearby employee, and let them know we would absolutely pay for it. We continued shopping, and when checking out, I again reminded them to include the broken statue in our total.
I politely suggested they consider adding a “Do Not Touch” sign in the area where many of the small, kid-friendly statues and crystals are displayed. Instead of acknowledging the suggestion, the sales associate pointed to a general sign near the entrance that says not to leave children unattended. For the record, my child was not unattended—I was standing right beside her when the accident happened and informed the store clerk of such.
What made the experience especially uncomfortable was how closely the staff hovered around us throughout our visit, despite me immediately taking responsibility for the broken item. When I mentioned how uncomfortable it felt to be watched so closely, the associate attempted to justify it by saying they deal with a lot of breakage, which costs them money. I reminded her that in this case, it wasn’t costing them anything—I was fully paying for the broken item.
Overall, the store felt unwelcoming to families, with poor signage and a tense atmosphere created by staff behavior. Sadly, I won’t...
Read moreOne of the lady Sales people was very helpful and we purchased bunch of items with her however when they mentioned the 5% discount they wanted us to leave the store and purchase from their sister store to get the 5% off. No chance I would interrupt my girlfriend’s shopping to leave. she wanted to shop with me by my side. also what kind of reverse marketing is that? If I leave your store I’m going elsewhere to shop. Total for us came to $327. Paid cash and left. I Forgot about the discount. Coincidentally 5 minutes after I bought a little gift from their sister store and 5% discount was mentioned again. Stepped back into the store and the young Lady with glasses and gentleman with cute haircut who polished our jewelry made us feel ashamed of walking back and asking for 5% discount… They single handedly ruined the experience of gift shopping for my girlfriend. To me that’s very poor customer service even after the fact. Lastly leaving this review because based on store principle and policy they do owe me the 5% back. Ive been selling Rolexes for more than a decade I rather take a loss on a timepiece than to Ruin the shopping experience for my client no matter who they are.

Read moreMy wife picked out a ring, I bought some stones. She loved the nice oval turquoise ring. The next day the stone was gone. The ring's setting was filled with pebbles and the turquoise stone was glued on top. Nothing holding it in. I wanted to buy my wife something nice. She picked it out. She wore it out of the shop. The lady who took care of us was kind and seemed genuine. Sara only had it on one night. In the morning on the road she was blaming herself when she found out it was gone. I'm quite disappointed and I feel like someone took advantage of me. It's obvious the stone should've been all the way into the setting. Filling it with tiny stones glued together to make the turquoise look larger, barely glued on and easy to lose. I ended up with $5 worth of silver. My little gift was cheaply made. It soured us to the area. Update: I called the manager and told her the problem. She tried to tell me this was cork, which I knew was used in jewelry. I insisted they were pebbles. She gave me a mobile number to send her photos and a receipt. She told me I still had a nice piece of silver, I could melt it down. The value in silver is about $5. I wanted a refund. I sent the photos and never heard...
