I have been to this store on numerous occasions spent a good amount of money there as well. I myself granddaughter as well as a friend of mine went there today to buy Christmas gifts, when we walked the 3 blocks home to give our gifts out to each other 2 of the gifts were fine but the beautiful fairy my granddaughter gave to me was broken. Since I had been in the store several times I assumed there would not be an issue to take it back and have it fixed or exchanged, so I sent her back to have it taken care of; needless to say she came back practically in tears about how rude the sales clerk was. She was told she would absolutely not refund her money or fix it or even give her store credit even though my granddaughter had the receipt. So I decided to go back to the boutique and solve the matter since I had been in there several times and they new me well, or at least I thought they did. As I walked in and went to the counter I ask the clerk you can't at least exchange it for store credit or glue it anything? Before I could even get a sentence out she shuts me right down and tells me "I refuse to do anything with it because it was in perfect condition when I put it in the bag.I kept a watch on my granddaughter who is 13 she took very good care of the bag as I even held the bag for a while myself.There was no swinging it a round or any thing like that. She was absolutely no mistaking on her part that she wrapped wrapped it correctly yet she was absolutely positive that my granddaughter broke it. we were 3 blocks from home, How is it she can be so positive that my granddaughter broke it yet there was no chance in hell she could have broken it her self. There was only a 15 minute window from the time we left, made it home and back twice to speak with this women. She had my granddaughter practically in tears, so much so that when we went back the second time my granddaughter was begging me not make her go back in side. She was really that scared. I cant believe because your an adult you think you can treat kids like crap, and then give me the same kind of crap. I have news for you if that glass would have hit anything at all it would have shattered, not a broken leg or arm, and to treat a 13 year old like trash is discussing and embarrassing to say the least. I love this store I live down in Denver when we go up to the springs I always find somthing here i love the staff very friendly and helpful I'm not a skinny girl so I love that they have plus size 3x and down last time i wad here i bought alot of clothing but i love all my clothes they have lasted through lots of washs haven't had any issues with any of them!

This place is unique and fun. Not the run of the mill, small town, tourist stop. Our salesperson Kris, introduced me to a new label that I simply couldn't resist. I've purchased my first "Hell Bunny" dress and can't wait for more. Kris was unbelievably helpful and delightful.
