Had to come back 3x before I got boots that weren’t busted. First 2 times the staffer (I can see now with hindsight) just jerryrigged a 1x solution. Third time a manager stepped in and just swapped out the boot. Bang, problem solved. Why didn’t the staffer do that the first time? It was a more effective fix and faster too. Read moreThis was a simple but well organized rental place, I made reservation far ahead of time and was more than happy with my experience with the staff and ease of returning and getting supplies.
I however connot speak for when it's super busy as when I went it was very relaxed.
The equipment was in ok condition didnt really expect perfect, the snowboards we got had some spots that would effect riding but nothing drastic.
I would highly recommend planning ahead or grabbing rentals...
