Just had the worst customer experience here. Wanted to buy a $38 item and took it to the register. Guy says there is some problem with the mouse and asked if I could pay with cash. I did not have enough cash and asked if there was a way to figure out how to pay with my card. Acting frustrated, he said, "do you want me to open the other register to see if I can get that one to work?" I replied, "Sure, if you want to sell me this item then yes." He said, "Well, it's not a $450 ski jacket or anything." I replied, " Ok, If it's not worth your time to sell it to me, then never mind." He said, "It's not my time, it's Snowshoe's time." So, I left the item on the counter and walked out. The place was dead, no other customers in the store. Couldn't believe he didn't want to make a sale, even if it "wasn't a $450 ski jacket".
