I cut a tire in the bike park so I went in to have it replaced. I knew the tire would be over priced but could live with that. They replaced the tire and I had to come back after one lap as it was leaking through the spokes(rim tape issue). They worked on it again and it held air long enough to ride but would not hold air for 24 hours. At one point they mentioned the rim may not be a tubeless rim, it is(Velocity Blunt). That worried me. Got home and pulled tire of to see what was going on. After removing the Gorilla tape they had actually dented the inside of the rim with the tire irons. That's unnecessary. I taped the rim with rim tape and it's held air for several days now. I can't recommend this place for bike...

Omg!!! We came 5 min after last ride mountain bikes. Justin Cook stayed after so he could take us. HE WAS AMAZING!! He taught us so much. He constantly looked at us and individually helped us with skill not only as a beginner but to succeed as a professional.

I saw all the little kids He coaches come up several times on the trail. His personality was insane!! I hated for it to be over. Even tho he went like an hour over the alloted time😝 we tipped him 30.00 and wish i could give more!

This place is a little secret in the summer buy I highly highly suggest u go and ask for Justin. He reminds us of our son in the military too😜❤️ think u Justin and all the guys. That made...

Went in to demo snowboards with plans of buying one. Staff was not interested in helping me out, treated me like I was bothering them when I went to swap out boards, and overall didn't seem happy to be there. When it came time to purchase, they didn't have the boards I wanted in stock and they refused to sell me the board I demo'ed (which I understand but it still sucks). So now, I'm out $70 (which they said they would apply towards the board I want) and I still don't have a board :( . I highly recommend Top of The World Rentals from prior experience. I will never do business...
