My mom and I went in here on Saturday, April 2nd and were told by whoever was working there that day (younger woman) that shirts were buy 3, get the 4th free. We picked out 2 shirts and didn't think we'd get 3 or 4, but while my mom was being rung up for the 2 shirts, I saw a shirt that I liked and brought it to her at the checkout stand. My mom was still in the process of checking out and asked if this meant that we could pick out a 4th shirt for free (presumably getting only the cheapest of the 4 for free) but the young woman said that we wouldn't be able to get the discount because we had already started paying for the first 2. She didn't even offer to cancel the transaction or do an immediate "return" so that we could get a 4th shirt for free, and my mom was too nice to ask, so we just paid for the 3...

I am super impressed with the quality of these bed sheets!!! After using the same cheap sheets for years, I never considered that using quality sheets would improve my sleep quality but boy oh boy have my eyes been opened!!! I have never felt so well rested and I will be sure to buy more of your products!!! The staff were super friendly and took the time to listen to my needs which is rare these days!! Thankyou Cassandra for your help and patience (due to my lack of hearing I often have staff knowingly or not get frustrated with me) but this was not the case with you and I hope management realises how good their staff...

Horrible customer service. Bought a shirt that pilled immediately on washing without even wearing it (3 other shirts bought at the same time had no issues, so it clearly was defective); called customer service and they said they could replace it with a shirt from their website -- but they do not sell the Hawaii ones online. Called the store multiple times, was asked to e-mail over photos showing the shirt, never heard back, called again, never heard back. Waste of money and really poor customer service.
