Dynamic Tour Hawaii — Local services in Maui

We received this as part of a vacation package and bought 2 more tickets for our 13 yr and 15 year old. Wasn't 100% sure we all would enjoy it since it was scheduled for 10 hours, but we were blown away by how much we loved it. Heavenly was our tour guide and she was so knowledgeable and very engaging throughout the entire tour. There were only 6 of us in total on the tour, which was nice and we were able to get to see the entire island all in one day! We were picked up at 6 am and made it back to the hotel at around 5pm, which made for a long day. However, it was very eventful with stops at a black beach, an awesome waterfall where we swam under, and a beautiful small village that took us back in time. Even the kids enjoyed it and were engaged due to Heavenly's infectious personality. I recently had a back injury and was very concerned if I'd be able to make it throughout the day physically to see everything, and the good thing was the tour bus took us right up close to all the action and I didn't have to over work myself to see everything. I'd definitely recommend this for anyone that wants to see the entire island all in a day and I'd recommend asking for Heavenly to be your guide as she made our trip that much...

So my husband and I booked 2 tours with dynamic- one on Oahu to Pearl Harbor, dole plantation and Polynesian cultural center - and the other on Maui to the road to Hana. We had drastically different experiences. The one on Oahu was a disaster- we were lead to believe our booking included tickets to all the sites. This was not the case. We had to wait hours at Pearl Harbor for standby seats for the USS Arizona memorial- which is when we realized we also did not have tickets to dole and someone else in line told us that that place also has long lines to get in if you don’t have tickets. That’s when we called and decided to cancel the tour mid-trip so we never even made it to the other 2 locations. I was thankful they refunded us, but their description was very misleadings On the second trip to Hana however, it couldn’t have been more different! Our guide, Jay was fantastic! So knowledgeable and all his stories and history of the island really made the long drive times between stops fly by! He was so fun and the trip was a blast! My husband and I booked the road to Hana tour with this company and had the best time of our entire Horneymoon. Our tour guide, Lisa, immediately made us feel comfortable and cared for! Her daughter also gives tours through this company and we had fun interacting with their group along the way. Lisa drove impeccably and had so many historical and personal stories to share while she showed us some of the most incredible sights to be seen in Maui. As someone who reads reviews/ looks through photos and does a lot of research before booking anything... I have to refuse to share any details because the trip is so unique. Trust the company (and ask for Lisa or Heavenly if you can!) and enjoy your tour. Make sure to try the foods and gift stops on the journey- you won't experience anything like it back at your hotel/resort. Could not recommend more highly.
