Unfortunately the experience here was not great. We asked for a sample and we were given the opportunity for one sample. I understand not giving out a ton but I didn’t want to spend $7 on a snow cone a kiddo didn’t like. After we got our snow cones the employee then stated “those have to be eaten outside.” While I understand that snow cones are sticky, I was waiting for my family to get theirs and how do you have a snow cone shop and don’t allow people to eat inside?! Also, there was hardly any seating outdoors to enjoy them. The shop needs to consider adding more seating if the won’t allow anyone inside to eat. I stopped in at the for some shaved ice with my fiancé while we were waiting for our laundry to finish in the same plaza. We had not yet tried shaved ice while we were in Hawaii so we were happy to finally get the chance to try some. The staff at the Shave Ice Spot were very friendly and gave us some tips on where to visit while on vacation.
