Upon our first visit to Men's Wearhouse on Wednesday, November 15, 2016, Greg helped us select my fiancé's wedding attire. He was very helpful and told us he ordered 2 vests and 2 pants for my fiancé to try on and that they would arrive in 2-3 business days and that he would give us a call when they arrived.
When Monday, November 21, 2016 rolled around we had not received a call. So my fiancé called regarding his order. A female answered the phone and was extremely rude but did tell him that there was something there with his name on it.
We went to go back and try on the items and Greg helped us again. He brought over exactly 1 pair of pants and 1 vest, but it was not even the vest we ordered. Remember, he had supposedly ordered 2 vests and 2 pants. He then told us very flippantly that the items were out of stock, and that was it, no suggestions or assistance on how to solve this problem. We left with nothing and were so disappointed. It's been a while since we received such terrible service.
Since we've been sharing our experience with others, many other nightmare-ish stories have come out about this location. I would not recommend this location.

Initially, the gentlemen helping us was very nice (which is the only reason for 2 stars instead of 1) We then had someone else that was facilitating us ordering his tux. We were not very particular in what we wanted for the groom and groomsmen tuxes. With that, we were not sure how to choose between certain options. We did have some opinions, but a little guidance would have been nice. The man that was “helping” us was hardly helping at all and was barely communicating anything to us. Luckily I double checked that our choices were right at checkout, otherwise the tuxes would not have all been right.
