I feel compelled to share my experience because first impressions matter — especially for new clients.
I was genuinely excited to try this class for the first time. I got a little lost on my way there and even stopped at another local business for directions — they were so kind and helpful. I walked in at 11:42 AM for an 11:30 AM class — just 12 minutes late — and immediately said, “Hi, I’m late to a class,” fully ready to apologize for my delay.
Instead of any kind of warm welcome, the woman at the front, Jenna, looked at me, “The class started at 11:30 AM. Do you normally walk into classes late?” No greeting, no smile, no empathy — just a condescending, rude, and dismissive tone that made me feel embarrassed and completely unwelcome.
What’s worse is that the studio looked completely empty — it didn’t even look like a class was happening. I wonder why. (Core class, Fridays at 11:30am). Perhaps it has something to do with that kind of attitude and behavior toward potential clients?
I understand I was late, and I take responsibility for that — but there is absolutely a better, more professional way to speak to people. If this is how they treat someone trying to join for the first time, I’d hate to see how they handle other situations.
Unfortunately, I won’t be back — and I will be sure to let my local Miami Beach community know about my experience so they can decide for themselves if they want to support a business that treats people this way. How you speak to people matters. A simple smile and a little understanding can make all...
Read moreI started going to Arden Yoga Studios in May of this year, and I can confidently say it has been life-changing. I came in carrying a lot of stress and tension in my body, and through the classes and healing environment, I’ve been able to release so much of that built-up pressure—both physically and mentally.
The energy at Arden is warm, grounding, and welcoming. Jena truly cares, and every session feels intentional and restorative. One thing that absolutely deserves a shoutout is the massages by Jena—they are a must. Her technique is intuitive and deeply healing. It's the perfect complement to the yoga practice.
If you're in the Miami Beach area, do yourself a favor and check out Arden Yoga Studios. Whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this place is a sanctuary for the body and mind....
Read moreI had an amazing time training at Arden Studio in Miami Beach! This place is the perfect fusion of yoga and martial arts, offering a one of a kind experience that pushes both your mind and body. The energy in the studio is electric, the instructor is incredibly knowledgeable and motivating, and the community vibe is so welcoming.
The workout was intense but fun, we left drenched in sweat and smiling. Today, I'm sore from head to toe, but it's that good kind of sore that reminds you just how much you accomplished. Whether you're into deep stretching, striking combos, or just want to challenge yourself in a new way, this place has it all.
Highly recommend to anyone looking to level up their training. Can't...
