I found out about Myderma when I purchased a PCA peel from Groupon and let me tell you this is a rare gem!!!! First let me explain my back story: it is always so difficult to schedule a beauty service appointment for myself because my work sends my schedule only 2 days in advance so by the time I know my days off, I cannot book any appointments since most (MOST being the keyword) places are booked! I called Myderma on Wednesday, my only free day, to see if anything possibly was available for that day and spoke with Federico. Of course nothing was available day of, so we scheduled my PCA peel for the next week but I asked Federico nicely that if there were any cancellations please call me so I can just get it done! Federico calls me a few hours later and tells me someone cancelled!!!! Yay! So I go over there already so happy that I don’t have to wait another week for my peel! Then I go in for my service and meet my esthetician, Diana, who jus topped my experience! She truly assessed my skin and genuinely gave me the BEST service ever! She didn’t try to charge me, sell me anything unnecessary, just gave me 5-star service! PCA peels usually take 15 min; she spent an hour and a half with me just because!!! I felt like a celebrity! Do yourself a favor and get a service, book them for your friends and family as gifts! Because the level of service that Federico and Diana give is worth gold; you will not regret it! Silvana is amazing at what she does! She helped me feel very comfortable with her since our initial skin consultation and into my appointments with her. She talked me through everything she was doing so I knew what to expect and would ask me to let her know if I needed a break due to some normal pain through extractions. I went for my blackheads, I think their application is great, it is noticed it even in one application, also the employees are very kind and interested. Lorena, who practiced for me, is a knowledgeable lady who explained every step.
