EyeMax Eyewear — Local services in Miami Beach

I live in Brazil. I went to Miami last month and I had a prescription for lens so I went to Eyemax to do it. I ordered Zeiss 1.5 anti reflex lens. The attendant said it would cost $520, but there was no deadline to deliver on the date I needed. He said he had another equivalent lens of the same quality, and that would be $500. I believed and paid the $500. When I returned to Brazil I went to adjust the glasses in an optica of my confidence. The lens they put on is a varilux of the cheapest on the market. It couldn't cost more than $100. Detail, the lens was cut wrong, I have to adjust so as not to harm my vision. My husband tried several times to talk to a manager or owner of optica without success. I want to return the lens and get the money back,...

They have a really nice selection of glasses, varied from brand names to less known things and good quality.

However very expensive for a service that isn’t to par. I paid 300 dollars just to have prescription added to a frame I already owned under rushed order for the same day. If it was true idk because I never receive a call, text, or email to confirm it.

3 days later I picked up since I received nothing and I realized after leaving Miami in a different lighting that they put different colored glass on the right and left eye. So now I have what I wanted but wrongly done.
