Rainbow Shops — Local services in Miami Beach

Terrible place , 1 of wost places I ever been too one of the sales lady accused me of going into the employees area ,when I told her I did not , she kept on saying I did while raising her voice and saying it's on camera (a very ignorant woman) who spoke very little English I went to complain to the manager but the manager spoke very little English also, then miss ignorant came to tell the manager , I spoke up and said if you talking about me ,speak English, miss ignorant said this is American we speak 2 languages and it on tape you was in the back ,I said let's watch the tape, but the manager kept apologizing for the women , I will never go back to the Rainbow Store on...

We were on vacation and came to South Beach to check out the area. As we were walking around the area we saw Rainbow. I came in and spent an hour looking at clothes and left with sweaters and dresses. I really like this store! The prices are affordable, their shoe selection is great compared to the Rainbow that's close to my house in Pittsburgh, and the styles and fashion are very nice. I love the fashionable dresses that they sell. Also, their second floor is for plus-size women, so they are pretty inclusive of women...

Horrible customer service. I’m a disabled shopper asked a worker where the elevator was located and he pointed off to the left, I limped over, looking for that elevator to see that there was none. I went back to the counter to interrupt the conversation he was having with his female coworker a second time, asking the woman this time where the elevator was located and was told that there is not one. I can’t imagine what would happen if someone came in with a walker or wheelchair because there is literally...
