Be wary!! The selection is good and there are usually deals.

We purchased a couch last March. We were concerned about pilling because our last couch pilled very badly (well what we thought was bad, this couch was worse)

After being reassured a few times by the sales person that the material would not pill, we purchased. We also purchased the warranty, just in case (the last furniture store warranty we bought completely covered replacing the entire couch after there was an issue, we figured it wouldn’t hurt to buy)

In less than two months I was shaving the upholstery. You guessed it! It pilled terribly! We contacted the warranty department (less than 6 months after purchase) pilling apparently isn’t covered. But they reassured me I could shave it. I know I can because I have been! Twice a month since we got it! I let them know we repeatedly asked about pulling and were told the material would not pill BUT THE SALESPERSON!

Now, just shy of a year, the cushions are about an 1-2 inches deflated. The corner is rarely sat on and there is a huge difference!! I’ve attached pictures. This couch is used probably 2 hours or less a day!

Be wary of the sales people and don’t count on the warranty coverage.

I’ve never posted a bad business review. I just really want people to be aware. Furniture is expensive. Don’t waste...

My wife and I have made several purchases from this location and after our most recent experience we won't be returning. We purchased a living room set (sofa, loveseat & recliner) Memorial Day weekend. The items weren't in stock which we figured would happen going into this and we were told they would be in stock in 1-2 months. The sofa was in after a month, but not the other pieces. At 2 months, the recliner and loveseat were not in so I reached out to check on the status. I was informed that it would be another month for the recliner and loveseat. I asked why I wasn't contacted and made aware of this and wasn't given an explanation except that the salesperson should have updated me (he didn't). I asked if we could get the sofa delivered by itself since we were expecting it by 2 months, but I was told I would have to pay an additional delivery fee.
