Hi my name is isaiah. I'm not paid for this or anything. Ima tell it like it is. these people are amazing ! . I had a problem where i went to one fed ex location sunday 9/7/2025 that told me lithium batteries cant be returned at their location so I was told to go to the location in downtown miami where they do receive it. So today 9/8/2025 I went to that location and was told they do not accept lithium battery scooters in boxes to be returned. I was very upset as I was told one thing then told another that I had to request a pick up which was not mentioned at the first location. I then went into the fed ex location on 3401 I told them my issue and they were very understanding. Osiris ! was so heart warming and understanding that she figured out a plan to help me get my products returned. Everyone also helped me as good as possible as the tools I needed to get the job done. They even gave me a bag for a box they gave me to use as patch work. Guys if you ever want a shipping place with people with great attitude and understanding and not condenscending and nonchalant go to this fed ex location. They have great energy !!! and are willing to help. Thank you all ! because of you all my problems was solved and my items are now shipped!!! God bless you all!!!! Came here the other day asking for a blueprint I had emailed. I had two people in-front of me. And I waited in line for a whole 50 minutes. I then finally was helped and the guy had tried to set up the blueprint machine for a good 20 minutes and running around trying to help different people (which i respect because they seemed to be very understaffed, also there was a girl who was working there who decided to take a bathroom break while 20 people were in line, for about an hour) anyways, he finally broke the blueprint machine because he had no clue what he was doing. And I walked out empty handed to class about a hour late. I’ve never seen a place so hectic, unorganized and clueless. There is no organization or customer service in this FedEx. Don’t waste a hour and a half of your time and go here total hit or miss. Went to a different FedEx to do the same thing and I was out in 10 minutes with the same amount of people in store. I’m not a fan of this location because parking is horrible in the area but I tend to find myself using it because it’s close to my house and stays open later than USPS.

I’m usually very patient, and I understand wait times happen—but this FedEx location often tests that patience.

Today I was in a rush, waited while three customers who arrived after me were helped before me, and when I finally made it to the counter, I was told I couldn’t ship my packages because I didn’t have a physical copy of my ID. No alternative option was offered, even though I had valid digital proof. If that’s the policy, that’s fine—but it hasn’t been enforced consistently, as I’ve shipped from this location several times before without being asked for ID.

Consistency and attentiveness make a big difference. Today’s experience felt inattentive and inequitable, and I hope this feedback is...
