I attended the Rove Concepts Warehouse sale expecting to find the best deals on their furniture. They promoted a special offer there where you could buy brand new in box items for a bigger discount than even the active member pricing. My wife and I decided to take advantage of this perceived opportunity. They offered a further discount if I paid with debit rather than credit. All in, I bought a bed frame for a touch over $1750. Less than a month later, the exact same bed frame went on sale on Rove’s website for $1,470. Not only would I have saved $280, but I could’ve paid with a credit card and earned points—and as a member, I would have also received a 20% promo voucher worth another $294. I reached out and reasonably requested a simple price adjustment in the form of a $280 refund (leaving the voucher and points aside). Rove refused. This was my first time encountering a company that refused a price adjustment on such a large differential within a 30-day window. Buy at your own risk, your "luxury" multi-thousand dollar furniture might be a discount bargain bin item...
Read moreTerrible Service and Unsafe Product I paid $10,000 for a bed and a chair that arrived broken, incomplete, and completely unsafe to use. The company delivered a defective product missing essential parts for assembly — and then simply disappeared. The delivery team was rude, used offensive language, and when I made it clear I no longer wanted the bed or their service, they just walked off and left. My 4-year-old daughter fell out of bed and hit her head.
They promised to get back to us with a solution — no one ever did. The level of disrespect, irresponsibility, and poor customer service is shocking. Not only did they dump a damaged product on us, they showed zero accountability and treated us with utter disregard. I strongly warn others: stay away from this company. This was an infuriating, humiliating experience. Absolutely...
Read moreHORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I purchased a bed which was too short to accommodate a mattress. Even though Patricia, the claims agent, acknowledged that the item was from a defective batch, she refused to return the item and instead, wanted to send me replacement pieces to try to adjust the platform size. Those did not work AT ALL. After 6 months of back and forth, they finally agreed to accept return but I had to disassemble and crate the items (even though i paid for white glove delivery at the outset). Although Justin from their cust. service department promised a full refund, they have only provided a partial refund and refuse to provide any more. They are deceptive, fraudulent and are happy to foist an incredible amount of inconvenience on a customer for a defective product that they should have corrected immediately....
