my landlord hired Fresh Coat Painters to paint the outside of the house i rent and they were AMAZING to work with. Oscar and his team came over to price out the job and they were by the far the most affordable quote my landlord received, and they agreed to do the job ASAP, so i was a bit worried... you know that saying "fast cheap or good. pick two" really is true, especially in a city like Miami. But Fresh Coat Painters really proved me wrong while painting the house. Eduardo, who worked on my house was an absolute dream. I have a brand new baby and he was so helpful, kind and courteous while painting i really couldn't believe it. They had to empty out my carport of all my tools and stored items, and move my small boat (which they had to do by hand because i couldn't drive my truck to tow it) and they did it all without complaint. I was a bit paranoid about my chest freezer getting unplugged because the roofers who worked on the house a few months ago accidentally unplugged it and i lost everything inside, and so every night before leaving Eduardo told me "the freezer is still plugged in", which was just so shockingly thoughtful. When the guys were finished they raked up the grass and mulch around my house cause it was full of paint chips and thoroughly cleaned up after themselves. On top of all that, when they found out that i was planning on painting the stoop and staining the wood door once they were done they took the paint from me and did it themselves.
