The owner of this place has a horrendous attitude and left little desire to buy anything. The employers excused her saying she's been having a hard time as of late but that is no excuse to treat willing customers AND her employees like garbage. She was yelling at her employees up and down in front of everyone.

Another employee there treated a woman of color with a bad attitude as well, I was left feeling ashamed. If you are a company that works with the public on the daily basis... you should have the patience and kindness to do so.

After owning my earrings for 2 days I noticed that the gold around the diamonds was rubbing off. When I went to exchange them at the store they gave me so much trouble.

Afterward, it occurred to me that the saleswoman had told me during the initial sale that they only carry one single pair of each style at the store. How then were they able to produce an identical pair with no flaws? After that lie, they lost all credibility in my eyes.

I have been shopping here for years but the quality of service has greatly deteriorated. I was shopping with my wife for earrings and was there for a total of 15 minutes before the owner Carmen came out from the back yelling at my wife for trying on different pairs of earrings. The owner said that she is there to sell not to let people try things on. She was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful leaving the sales women and customers around us with their jaws open in disbelief.
