I recently visited a friend at this office location and had a very disappointing experience. There are hidden parking fees that were not clearly communicated in advance. I was charged an excessive amount ($75–$100) for parking, despite being told that the ticket could be validated.

After being informed that validation was possible, I reached out multiple times via email and phone to have the parking validated, but received no response. This lack of communication and accountability is extremely unprofessional.

Be advised: if you are planning to rent or visit this location, be fully aware that you may be subject to unexpectedly high parking fees. Additionally, the community manager does not respond to inquiries, which further adds to the frustration and inconvenience.

I signed a contract with Mindspace and showed up ready to work, only to find that my desk wasn’t even set up. Fine, I let that slide. But what followed was consistently frustrating.
