I went there to purchase sneakers with a friend. The workers were very arrogant and definitely had a sense of superiority. Said friend told a worker that he put a shoebox on a bench and that he couldn’t find it so that he could put their product away for THEM after not having anyone working on the floor. The worker didn’t even say a word to him, he just looked my friend blankly in the face and resumed playing games/doing whatever he was on his phone. From the get go 2/3 workers present were not helpful even though the store only had one other couple (who they checked out first, before us, even though we were waiting at the cash register for more than 5 minutes). We even stayed at the cash register for 10 minutes or so while they had our credit cards because it was so inconveniencing for them to stop looking at their phones and to take our money. The one other worker present was alright, he brought us the sneakers, walked over to the register and took my purchases from the other employee and bagged it. He seemed to realize that my friend and I were never coming back due to the terrible costumer service...

When you walk in, it’s like a museum and they have so much more than you see. You simply have to ask and you never know what they may have. If they don’t, then they will find it for you and let you know the price ahead of time. If you need help with styling your shoes, you have Susan, Mike and Dan who are more than willing to help you style out your kicks. They’re very open to people just starting in the sneaker culture and extremely informative. So def they’ll always help get you the best deals, kicks, and styles. Just stop by and they’re always cool with helping with anything or just looking by. It’s always an amazing place to stroll by as you never know what gems may come in...

I bought my shoes at zumiez or foot locker. Now I found a place that is sourcing footwear and street clothes at reasonable cost. Everything is in mint condition. Cleanest shop around. Owner is a stand up guy and has people working the place with outstanding customer service! The online store is easily accessible. I plan on ordering at least 1 new pair of shoes and a few tshirts every month to keep my fashion style...
