I love Aliss. I am long time customer of their The Falls Store in Miami. However the downtown store needs to get its customer service right. I got a very nice young cashier to attend me. I asked her to please wrap my delicate ornaments in paper separately as I use public trasnportation to get home. That is when I noticed that she was being commanded by the older cashier next to her not to wrap the delicate Christmas decorations in individual wrapping paper. Is this other cashier planning on stealing paper? She was very rude and gave me a rude face across the counter. I will not be purchasing from that Aliss any more. I hope this person gets reprimanded for her lack of customer service. I apologize for any future customers that might request to get their delicate items individually wrapped as this rude cashier was saying not to do that for any other customer that requests it...
   Read moreI would not recommend shopping here. I purchased quite a few items to decorate my home, and wound up purchasing a few too many stems and bows. I went back to the store less than 48 hours later - tags still on all items, items in the Aliss bag - and was told I could not be helped without the paper receipt. No store credit, not via credit card lookup, nothing. I understand stores have the right to their own return policyâs, but it is 2025 - in what world do people hold on to paper receipts? If this is going to be your policy, then have the option of an emailed or text receipt.

How ever, we made a purchase at 5 pm today, but infront of the registers there was a Ricardo or Rodrigo who looked to be the Manager, or Owner but looked rather rude, and conceited. He was talking/training one of the cashier on a very sarcastic, and rude way in front to the Customers.
