First I booked my appointment online with their super user friendly website. It was very straight forward and easy to do.

The level of thoughtfulness that goes into these facials is amazing!

Sarah asked me about my medical history, allergies etc. which is super important to me because I’m literally allergic to life! Haha

When I came for my appointment I parked in the midtown garage and walked over to the studio (conveniently located in the heart of midtown). The place is so beautiful, smells sooooo good!

I changed into a super soft and gorgeous green silk robe and that’s when the most amazing facial I’ve ever had started.

Sarah did a customized facial for my super hyper sensitive and dehydrated skin. I was amazed that everything that she did to my skin and all the products she applied were so effective but also didn’t burn or irritate my skin.

I’ve always had facials that are way too invasive and hurt my skin too much and I don’t even get results. This facial, on the other hand, was incredibly helpful, my skin was 100% hydrated and glowing by the time I went home! And even with the extractions my skin wasn’t damaged at all.

Sarah has the most delicate technique, she also explained everything that she was doing and took the time to make me feel so special and pampered.

I am so thankful that I had the privilege to be in her hands, I feel like this facial not only healed my skin but also my spirit! Such great energy.

1000% recommend this place!!! I have already gone twice and will continue to go every single month.

If I could rate my experience 100 of 5 I would, Sarah is excellent- I do not trust many with my skin because it’s my face! But not only did she come highly recommended from 3 people I knew, she exceeded my expectations. The scheduling process is very easy and straight forward- I love how there aren’t 30 reminder texts and emails beforehand. She sends a welcoming reminder text a few hours before the appointment that includes an image of the place so you can’t get lost and receives you at the entrance. She starts on time and takes her time to find out what your concerns are before the appointment and work a plan that’s best suited for you afterwards. She is also honest about what she sees, which is refreshing. She has the softest hands which makes the extractions painless. She has beautiful decor and an ambiance that can get you to relax. I am 8 months pregnant and was able to find comfort in her facial bed and accommodations (a legit plush comfy blanket) which let me relax and enjoy the experience! Sarah is the kindest, sweetest, and most gentle. I am so happy I met her. I was an international student in college struggling with hormonal acne, which I have been working with since I was 13 years old. Mine has always been hard to deal with because it shows up randomly and is very reactive due to my sensitive skin, which has led me to feel very uncomfortable in my own skin. When I met Sarah, everything changed. She started to study and familiarize herself with my skin; she was very thorough and methodical. Sarah wanted to ensure everything she did adapt to my skin needs, catered to my skin type and didn’t worsen it. I’ve had awful past experiences where my skin would stay red for days, and my skin has been made worse and irritated. That NEVER happened with Sarah.
