I purchased a pair of retro 13s for $400, expecting premium quality for such a high price. However, the glue on the soles started coming off after minimal use, which is completely unacceptable for such an expensive product.

These people are scammers and when you confront them, they get loud and defensive. Bought a pair of $400 retro Jordan’s just for the sole to come unglued on the first use. I called and the guy got defensive and started yelling that it’s my problem. What garbage customer service. Don’t waste your money here.
