If I could give 10 stars, I would...........Words can't describe the amount of happiness I experienced on March 22. Tropical Boat Charters made my birthday the best day of my life. Capt. Adam got us out to sea and back safe and sound. He was so pleasant and a joy to have. Cautia the stewardess was helpful, humble and a sweetheart. She went above and beyond any duty that she was asked. I am already planning for next year and every year after. I hope and pray they both are still available.To Barbara, the yacht owner, you have a breath taking boat and myself and my guest were more than satisfied. From seeing it the first day I was in love. To Miss Kate, you are helpful, kind, and patient. You answered every question I had with no problem and with such a quick response. You made booking a breeze even with my back and forth, you never gave me a hard time. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU.... Where do I begin???

We chose to do a dinner charter for our company Christmas Party. After doing some research we decided that Tropicalboat Charters would be a great company to go through. Boy were we right! The contract made it easy to select catering needs and Diane coordinated everything for me, with no issues at all.

The charter was perfect! Everyone gave me amazing feedback. The staff on board were amazing. Any request we had as far as drinks and food they had covered. One of the servers walking around even got whisked onto the dance floor. Very personable, and the food was delicious! Sushi was a big hit, as well as the carving station. The sound system was nice and loud, and the drinks ice cold! The route the Captain took us on was perfect. Views of the mansions on Palm and Star Islands were great conversation starters. Our company took a cruise around Biscayne Bay was Tropicalboat and it was so much fun! The food was surprisingly good, especially the shrimp wraps. I wish I hadn't had such a big breakfast, so I could have ate more. Staff and crew were so nice, and the captain even let some people drive the boat.

There were about 40 of us on a 4 hour cruise, and everybody drank so much/ someone used too much water in the sink, and the bathrooms ended up overflowing, so we people peeing off the back deck for the last hour of the cruise. Then it started pouring down rain. Always makes for a great story guys. Then you have the crew walking through the yacht, spraying air freshener because the bathrooms on the lower level are smelling funky. The group didn't mind though, and people just went up to the top deck to get more drinks. Whatever. Hahaha when you're on vacation,...
