I was unable to use my express cash that was expiring that day. I was given a post it acknowledging I could use the cash later. That has gone exactly as you expect - the store managers refuse to acknowledge it, customer service denied the claim and I am left $50 short due to no fault of mine. Most of the suits were "on sale" and priced between $170 and $190. So for a little over $200 with taxes, you can walk out with a pretty good quality suit, despite it not being personally tailored to you. I'll probably never look at suits at Zara again, seeing how the quality of suits at Express is much higher and they'll last you longer. Can the super skinny craze start to fade out a little bit...
