I don’t know how even start, the experience at this location it was so bad, so awful, so disappointing it. I went to buy some stuff and by the moment I walked in I saw this employee whispering about my appearance, I’m a transgender woman, but I tried to ignored the gesture and continued looking around to find what I went there for, so after 10 minutes looking I asked for help to one of the girls in the establishment and what do I get? Attitude and not help at all, she pointed me out some stands and she move her head and then totally ignored me!! I waited there I saw her taking by their devised that they used to communicated each of others I guess after I asked one again for help!! So after 5 minutes another young lady shows up and with a very pushy and horrible behavior ask me what do I need! It was clearly she didn’t want to help me! I didn’t understand why she was so upset, so I said I was looking for a specific body lotion and she just said “ don’t have it” without me finishing my question, so I said I’m sorry that’s not a way to treat your customer and I asked for the manager, she said… I’m the manager and I’m was even shocked about she presented herself… her body language was telling me what’s are you gonna do about it? Like are you serious? How can you have such as people working your company who only make you look bad to customer like me, is it because I’m a transgender person? Is my money not count ? Can you someone explain why? I asked for her name and she told me why do you need my name? And I said I was going to give her a regir for sure!! And then turned her back on me and walked away!! It’s very sad how the customer service in this stores is so poor! I don’t get it!! I spent a lot of money always and that’s what I get? It’s very unfortunate that someone who has to get this every day only to be myself receives such as bad treatment!! I really hope management do something about it cuz we contributed a lot we are human being and such as behaving towards us it’s pretty damaging and...

Didn't realize this was an outlet... my bad. But the service is bad.. the girls don't have customer service. Sabrina was really bothered when she came to tell me not to look in the boxes underneath for bras.... She asked if i asked someone for help. I told her I asked for help twice, but the girl didn't know her job and just pointed me to a room. Apparently Sabrina got mad because I looked under in the boxes trying to find a bra.. I wasn't supposed to do that, she said, "the ladies in the night fix the bras" but when she looked she did exactly what i was doing, i was placing them nicely as they were. Bottom line, Sabrina sucks... the quality looks cheap. All the merchandise is maintained very messy. Won't be coming to this cheap...

The “manager “ Sabrina makes my experience so uncomfortable that I think already explained in another review but she definitely hate her job and.
