I will NOT shop at this store! “Kylie” is rude, unprofessional and argumentative. She needs some customer service / compassion training. I have called the corporate office about her nasty sarcastic tone she had with me as a customer. I own Brighton items but I refuse to spend a penny at this location as long as Kylie works in this store. When I left yesterday afternoon I went to Mccaskall & Company who truly knows how to treat a customer. Kylie needs to also learn how to be less judgmental it was very obvious in the way she even treats other employees. There was a very sweet lady who was clearly afraid to do anything without Kylie’s approval. This employee had helped me choose a bracelet for my sister in laws birthday. Barely had a necklace for a year and it was so discolored and tarnished and I never wore it in water or anything crazy. I had to take it back in twice to get repaired within the year warranty to fix it and they still didn’t repair the tarnished clasp section.
