Walked in with family, everyone had masks on. Young girl associate came angrily walking towards us immediately saying you all must where masks in store. We were. She then pointed to my 9 year old son and told us he must wear one too. As im pulling out one for him to put on, she immediately mouths off to my husband. The vibe was hostile and i had zero interest in spending my money in her store or a store that approaches or speaks to its customers im such a manner that was not needed. We all had masks on. Everyone in there was an excellent brand rep. Don't know about other peoples' experiences, but mine was so good we ended up buying two pairs of shoes we've been clowning hard since Crocs first came out.
