Karen went above and beyond to make sure my shopping experience was top-notch. Not only was she knowledgeable about the products, but she also made me feel right at home with her friendly and welcoming attitude. She took the time to chat about the store's mission and even gave me great recommendations based on what I was looking for. It's rare to find a manager who genuinely cares about making sure every customer leaves happy, and Karen truly exemplifies that.

I really don't want to mark this place especially being veteran owned and for the vets and I'm a vet so I won't because of 1 bad apple. There was a blond there I'm not sure if she was a manager but she was extremely rude to my wife and mother in law. My wife is currently serving in the Air Force and she was asking for the military discount but this individual gave her a bit of a hassle all because my mother in law who is a non vet was paying for the items but my wife who is the veteran was right there with her. I'm just not sure how that was a big issue, she was rude about it but eventually just said okay I'll do it this one time. Also, she was rude in the way she was grabbing the items from my wife, so I don't know if she was just having a bad day or what, but this is unexpectable behavior when your dealing with customers on a daily basis. I don't know if some training needs to be done be she's working in the wrong place if she wants to...
